Great remodeling happens when inspired design, exceptional craftsmanship, and accountability work together from the very beginning.

That philosophy is at the heart of an exciting new chapter for LionHeart Building & Consultants. Terry Robertson, LionHeart’s new Executive Director, and Principle Andrew Geist have brought award-winning interior designer Kimberly Niosi and her firm, Niosi Interior Design, on board as LionHeart’s interior design partner for its residential and commercial divisions.

A Partnership with a Proven History

Throughout his extensive career in custom residential construction and development, Terry Robertson has been involved in the creation of luxury residences throughout Edina, southwest Minneapolis, and the greater Twin Cities. He has also worked closely with Kimberly Niosi for over a decade on high-end residential projects.

Their work together includes luxury custom homes and renovations throughout the Twin Cities, including the 4001 Morningside residence (pictured above), a contemporary Edina residence featuring a unique dual-island kitchen. This is one of countless and distinctive, high-end projects developed through their longstanding collaboration.

Now, that proven working relationship has evolved into a formal partnership with LionHeart, bringing integrated design and construction expertise directly to LionHeart’s residential, multi-family and commercial clients.

Award-Winning Design Meets Experienced Construction Leadership

LionHeart’s established building and engineering expertise spans remodeling, restoration, and new home construction, Kim adds world class design capabilities that encompass commercial and residential architecture, space planning, kitchens, bathroomss, and custom interiors.
